1914-hp Rimac C_Two received a new painting and two bottles of champagne

Rimac presented their hypercar in the USA with a special, aptly named, version called the “California Edition”.

Rimac did a great job preparing to officially enter the U.S. market. Their latest C_Two model received a special Californian edition which, in addition to bright paint, also included special fittings for two 6-litre bottles of champagne with glasses, limited wheels and a special leather interior finish.

It is unknown how many California Editions will be produced, but Rimac has announced that it plans to produce just 150 units of new C_Two, each worth $2.1 million.

Rimac C_Two is much stronger and faster than the first Croatian manufacturer’s model – Concept_One. The drive units of the new electric super-car generate a total of 1914 hp and 2300 Nm of torque. This allows a sprint of 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 1.95 s and a maximum acceleration of up to 256 mph (412 km/h).

The official public premiere of Rimac C_Two California Edition will take place on 24th August at The Quail in Monterey. During the same event we will have the opportunity to see for the first time the new Bugatti Divo, which is a hardcore version of Bugatti Chiron.
