The smallest coupe in the Lexus range has just gone through a few changes, thanks to which it looks much more modern.
The most noticeable change is the new front headlights, which now have integrated daytime running lights and the design refers to the Lexus LC. The front also features a remodelled bumper and the cooler mock now features a revised chrome-plated rim.
On the back, the changes include new lamps, which are now black, and the position lights do not extend beyond the main lens. In addition, a new bumper with a reshaped diffuser has been added.
Inside, the changes are also limited. A new, larger display has arrived, the analogue watch has been replaced by the one found in the larger LC, and the air vents have a different finish.
Customers now have at their disposal two new body colours, both presented in the photo gallery below. We are talking about “Mustard Yellow” and also about “Ocher Red”, which can be ordered in Lexus LC. A total of 11 body lacquers are available, as well as 7 interior colours.
On the technical side, Japanese engineers have redesigned the suspension slightly, making the RC now stiffer and better handling. Also improved is the response time to the gas pedal in the RC200t version.
The refreshed Lexus RC will make its debut at the Paris Motor Show at the beginning of October. The top RC F will be present early next year.
